Joining the Poppies Trust, couldn't be easier. All we require is your name, address, email address, if you have one, and a phone number. If you are renewing your membership, please include your current Membership No.
If you don't have an email address, not a problem, you can collect a membership form on matchdays in the Poppies Clubhouse at the Klondike/Programme table.
